WHY MONEY? WHY NOW?
I have had a long time goal to retire early and in the Spring of 2023, I made the decision to scale back my business and put my plan in action.
This wasn't by luck or by chance but by careful planning.
As my business began making money back in 2012/2013, I realized that I was earning more than I needed to live on day-to-day and also more than my business needed to operate. This opened my eyes to what was possible.

MEET MEGHAN TELPNER
I am likely best known for my bestselling books UnDiet and the UnDiet Cookbook, as well as my school the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Nutrition and cooking has been my primary 'thing' for a long time.
