This Week’s Exercise: The Micro-Pivot Alignment Practice
Purpose: To help you gently connect with your intuition and explore a small, meaningful shift that can bring more alignment into your daily life.
Step 1: Settle In

Find a quiet moment and a comfortable place to sit.

Place one hand on your heart.

Take three slow, deep breaths, allowing your body and nervous system to settle.

Let yourself arrive fully in the present moment.
Step 2: Ask the Heart
Gently ask yourself:
“If I could make one small shift in my daily life, that would bring me a bit more alignment, what would that be?”

Don’t force an answer.

Simply listen and notice what arises—a word, an image, a sensation, or a knowing.
Step 3: Hold Without Judgment

Whatever comes up, resist the urge to analyze or judge it.

Stay curious and open. This is a whisper, not a demand.
Step 4: Explore the Micro-Pivot
When you feel ready, consider what emerged and write it down. Then reflect on these four questions:

Is this truly within my control right now?

What would success look like for this small experiment?

What timeframe feels appropriate to test it?
-
How will I know if it’s creating more alignment?
You can return to this practice anytime you feel the need to reconnect, reorient, or realign. Small shifts create powerful ripples.
